To preserve our society for generations to come, we have developed sustainable environmental materials from discarded waste wood. ■MIRAIWOOD is a material made from upcycled injection-molded components primarily derived from plants. With over 90% of its volume being wood powder (wood is light, so it accounts for over 51% by weight), it can be treated as a "wood product" despite being injection molded. ■We independently developed injection molding technology for wood plastic and established mass production technology in the late 2010s. We quickly succeeded in the practical application and mass production of injection molding, which had been considered difficult due to flow issues in existing wood plastics. ■Founded in 1946, produced in our high-quality domestic factories in Japan, MIRAIWOOD is a plant-based environmental material originating from Japan. MIRAIWOOD is a product of Rikka Sangyo Co., Ltd., which has a wealth of production experience. It is produced consistently in our own factories and partner factories in Japan.
